Round five of the 2012 Japanese Super GT series is taking place at Suzuka. The event is the Pokka Suzuka 1000km, a legendary race on the annual Japanese racing calendar. Four Audi R8 LMS and ultra cars are entered for the event, in the GT300 class. Four cars for the brand of the Four Rings. The teams are GAINER DIXCEL, Hitotsuyama Racing and pr racing.

We've seen the glory that is the 2013 Audi R8, but before that new model officially goes on sale early next year, the current quad-rung supercar is offering up one final parting piece: the Exclusive Selection edition. And it's certainly going to be, um, exclusive.

Audi RS5 Pikes Peak Hill Climb car Facebook teaser shot

Audi has released a teaser shot of its entrant in the 2012 Pikes Peak Hill Climb on its Facebook page. The teaser of the menacing coupe is also accompanied by a nice little video of Audi's past dominance. It's a nice refresher going into this weekend's hill climb, which was postponed by wildfires.
