Our experience at Audi Miramar was amazing!  Everyone was so helpful and personable.  From Hop to Mimi in Finance and especially our salesperson Dusan.  He went over the car with me thoroughly, answered all of my questions and even followed up the next 2 days to make sure I didn't have any more questions.  Truly wonderful people.  I walked in at 3 pm to just test drive a Q5 and left at 5 pm having bought one.   I was supposed to test drive the BMW and Mercedes before making a decision but the customer service was so good that I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else.  I'll definitely recommend Audi Miramar to my friends and family.

I normally would not waste my time writing or completing this type of survey, but this case warrants my extra effort.

 

In purchasing our Audi A4, we initially started dealing with Frank Martin as the sales person, he was very professional and straight forward about the process and was surprisingly quick with the responses in regards to our trade in. Even though we had read a significant amount about Audi's on the Internet, Frank was very helpful and pointed out many things about the company and Audi Miramar that we had not been privy to. 

The extra effort that was given by Frank was instrumental in acquiring our business and my wife and i have already talked about buying another Audi after our home improvements are completed. 

 

This carries me to the finance manager, Mimi Dinh. Her exceptional attitude and her personal interest in us getting financed at an exceptional rate, was probably the best experience I have ever encountered while purchasing a vehicle. I personally feel that she is the epitome of both professionalism and customer service. While making money on the interest rate is a common back-end sales technique employed by dealers, I feel that the rate my wife and I got, 3.5%, was better than I could have gotten anywhere else, leading me to believe that Audi Miramar and Mimi Dinh are more concerned about repeat business then the quick buck. 

 

So, to answer the question, "Did you leave our dealership feeling extremely satisfied with your experience?", in a single word...ABSOLUTELY!!!

Everything was fantastic. Travis was great, I had had a not so great experience with people at the Escondido dealership and was so happy to have bought a car from Travis instead. He gave us excellent service, worked with my difficult schedule, was understanding, and enthusiastic about Audi.

Cory and Mimi were great.  I actually went to another dealership first, but when I went in to make an offer on a car, it was like they didn't want to sell me one.  I could not get a phone call back and when I went in, he was not available and no one was willing to help me.  

 

Cory was the opposite - he was responsive and pro active and just nice to deal with.  The process was easy.  Mimi was organized and helpful, and they both worked with my credit union to help me get the loan process completed.

 

I love my car and I was glad to work with Cory.

My experience at Miramar Audi was EXTREMELY positive, and I have only wonderful things to say about the entire process of purchasing my new car.  Frank Martin went above and beyond to educate me about the different car models, and once a decision had been made regarding which model/ car, made the purchasing process very easy.  Additionally, Mimi in the finance department was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

 

This is the second Audi my family purchases from this agency, and I suspect it will not be the last.  Many thanks to all who made this such a pleasant experience.

Had a really good experience this past week at Audi Miramar, it seems to me that they value building strong relationships with their customers.  I have an on-going relationship with George G and he is always fair.  I'd be happy to purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the next couple of years :)

I must tell you that Kevin was an excellent sales person – couldn’t ask him a single question he couldn’t answer!!!  He did a great job and went above and beyond by delivering the car to my house!!!  You’ve got a great employee and you can tell he like’s what he does!

Joseph did a superb job of managing the entire process. I grade him A+.

I’m an exceedingly busy guy with precious little time to spend on anything outside of business; I am seldom in San Diego. Joseph got it, and went way out of his way to expedite the process, so I only had to be involved in critical decisions. Joseph worked smoothly with my son, who worked as my agent handling all the details/discovery/configuration of the A8 Audi build for me.

It could not have been a more positive experience for me. And last Sun when I picked up the car, Mimi also was efficient and respectful of my time in processing paperwork.I was quickly on my way. Positive experience all around.

Most important to me is efficient use of my time. I don’t have time to sit around waiting for routine things in life, and am happy to pay premiums forminimum time-maximum efficiency services. So far you guys are A+.

I love this service department. I brought my Audi A6 in for service. Not only did I get a quick service they put gas in my car, washed my car and put on my new windshield wipers free of charge. I called WOLF Auto repair and they were 2 weeks behind and they quoted me $65.00 for the wipers. The Audi dealer charge for both wipers was only $45.00. Brett and George are great service advisors as well as the other guys. I highly recommend this dealership.

Hi Kevin,
My wife and I are extremely thrilled by the Q5 Prestige Package. With Audi's new MLP engine layout and 40/60 torque split, the car can out handle any SUV or car on the road. It reminds me of my old 2001 740i Sports Package 4 door sedan! With the grippy quattro all wheel drive, it is a total package no one in their right mind can refuse. I also enjoyed your expert knowledge of the car features and felt you were genuinely interested in the car just like us.

Your after sales support on the DVD headrests was exceptional as well. Jack Meyers is a real pro in the service department. You are right, the Q5 gets intriguing looks everywhere just like you predicted in your letter. I appreciate the letter and the note I got from your General Manager. Her comments are well received.

After driving the Q5, I feel that my 2007 A6 3.2 is a bit dated in the handling and power department. I read in Edmunds.com that Audi will be releasing the A7 Sportback soon. Keep me in the loop when this car is available for ordering.

Dear Nathan,

Just wanted to thank you for helping me get my Audi TTs. It was really nice meeting you and most of all to be able to do all of the 'leg' work via email. I am very busy person, and I do not have time to go car shopping and visit multiple dealerships. Plus, I hate the "waiting" game most dealerships like to play to wear the client down.....that does not work well with me.

I have purchased three cars before from other dealerships, and the level of knowledge Nathan has about the Audi brand completely blew me away compared to my previous purchases. He was very cool, informative, not pushy whatsoever, and responsive. I am definitely going to buy the S5 in the coming months, and so far I am happy that Nathan is the one helping me.
